    To access Pilates With Abs on your device, simply type pilateswithabs.abbysuskin.com into your browser and go! You will be able to log in directly to your account and get moving! Not a member yet? Click any video link and you will be led to the checkout page for access. And get excited…the Pilates With Abs iOS app is coming soon!

    Live Classes are held on Zoom so I can see and connect with you and you will need a Zoom account for class. You can download the app for free here.

    Visit the Live Class page to add Zoom classes to your calendar. Come back to the Live Class page at the start of class and click JOIN ZOOM button. I suggest setting calendar reminders so you don’t miss live class! See video instructions here.


    NEW: You must now subscribe to Pilates With Abs On Demand to take live classes and they are included in your subscription at no extra cost. In lieu of dropping in to live class, consider a 7-Day free trial and add live class to your calendar.

  • Signing up for the 7-day free trial allows you to experience Pilates With Abs without being charged for 7 days. Once the free trial expires, you’ll automatically become a Member, and will be billed monthly, quarterly or annually depending on the price set when you first began your free trial. Please note, there are no refunds. To avoid being charged after starting a trial you must cancel the trial before expiration.

  • Subscribing to Pilates With Abs gives you unlimited 24/7 streaming access to all videos included in the subscription package for a recurring monthly price of $45, quarterly price of $120 or annual price of $395. All membership levels now include livestreamed classes! New classes are added weekly and classes may be removed periodically as Abby continues to improve our content.

  • Canceling your subscription is easy. Simply login and click My Account, then select Billing. Scroll down and you'll see a Change Plan button. Click Change Plan, then click Cancel Membership. Once you've canceled, you won't be charged again, but your membership will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you are on a monthly recurring subscription you may cancel at any time and will not be charged for further months. You will still have access to the videos until the period you have paid for expires. If you are on a quarterly or annual subscription you may cancel at any time but will not be refunded for the remaining period of your subscription. No further charges will be made once you cancel your subscription.

  • Changing your credit card information is easy. Sign in to Pilates With Abs On Demand, go to DASHBOARD > BILLING.

  • Change your password by selecting DASHBOARD > SECURITY in the menu. If you have forgotten your password, choose “Sign In” from the Menu. You will be taken to the Sign In page. Choose “Forgot Password”, enter your email address when prompted and click “Send Instructions”. You will be sent an email with password reset information.

    Make sure that the email you’re using to reset is the same as the one used on your account. Check your spam folder and if you still can't find the reset information, contact us at abby@pilateswithabs.com and we’ll assist you in getting back in.

  • One of my favorite new features! To add a video to your Favorites for quick access, click on the heart that appears under the video. To delete a video from your Favorites list play the video and click the heart again. It will then be removed from your list.

  • All of Abby’s classes can be done with just you and a mat. Additionally, Abby offers several classes that utilize a resistance band, looped band, hand weights, wrist/ankle weights, Pilates ball, chair and block. You can filter classes by “prop” to get specific, or Abby offers modifications when you find yourself prop-less.

  • Don't worry if you can't make it! You can always access all the livestream replays in the Livestream Replays category on the catalog page and do the workout on your schedule. But make it when you can ;) Abby loves having you in Zoom class! It’s a special opportunity to connect and take your special requests, as well as address any questions you have.

  • Programs and classes available to rent and purchase without membership are in the works. If you are most interested in taking live Zoom class, I suggest you sign up for the monthly membership with access to all live classes and live class recordings.

  • Congratulations! Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen your core in preparation to carry and deliver a baby, and also an excellent way to help reintegrate your core postpartum. There are also some precautions you will want to take. During your first trimester, all Pilates with Abs classes are appropriate and beneficial for you and your baby. If you are in your second or third trimester, or are 6-12 months postpartum, I suggest you pull from the pre and postnatal section of on demand classes. Make sure to read this one-sheet to understand why not all Pilates classes are right for pre and postnatal parents.

    If you are interested in a more individualized approach, I suggest you join my pre/postnatal group, which includes all on demand classes AND a weekly live Zoom pre/postnatal only class, a monthly private session, and a growing community of other parents who connect through movement for $150/month. Contact me for more information or to set up a consultation. And as always, you should check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.

  • Most moves can be modified to accommodate injuries, and I will call out modifications during class. If you want a more 1-on-1 approach, I also teach privates. Contact me for pricing and to set up a time! You should always check with your doctor before starting any program to ensure you are cleared for exercise.

  • I am a BASI 500-hr comprehensive Pilates Teacher, with nearly 10 years of teaching experience. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (2019), Pre and Post Natal Pilates Specialist (2016) and a graduate of Northwestern University (BS 2010) with a degree in Dance and Human Development. I spent my teens and twenties performing as a professional circus performer, mostly in Chicago, but all over the world. I pull from my diverse training and academic movement background to help others find joy in movement.

    I teach regularly in the NYC area doing pop-up mat classes and reformer classes, and am currently in residence teaching reformer classes at Good Day Pilates in Williamsburg.

  • Video playback depends on many factors including the computer/device being used, the internet browser, internet connection quality, and many other variables. If there are playback issues, try viewing the video in a different web browser. If that doesn’t help, try using a different computer/device and making sure your internet connection is strong. This should take care of most playback issues.
