Savory Greek Yogurt


Have you ever tried savory yogurt? Let this be your sign to be adventurous! I try to eat at least 120g of protein throughout the day, which takes some planning and effort. While I do love my protein smoothies, sometimes I want a break from the sweet taste of fruit and stevia sweeteners. That’s where savory greek yogurt enters the chat! I love this as an afternoon snack, or in the evening as an appetizer to my dinner if I need a little more protein added to my main. It assembles quickly and easily and is delicious with a cracker or slice of bread to dip in it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 pinch of maldon sea salt 

  • 1 pinch of everything bagel seasoning

  • 1 drizzle of high quality olive oil


Instructions

  1. Put 1 cup of yogurt into bowl

  2. Drizzle with balsamic then olive oil

  3. Top with everything bagel seasoning and sea salt

  4. Serve with a crusty bread of your choice or crackers to dip for a little extra crunch
