Core Restore

A 5-Stage program designed to help you rebuild your core anywhere from 4-12+ weeks postpartum.

Classes are self-guided within weekly programs to help you rebuild your core intentionally from an informed and educational approach.

This program was “born” from my experience over the last 10 years of working with postpartum clients, two additional pre and postnatal Pilates courses, and consultations with pelvic floor physical therapists, all put together into one program to help restore core and pelvic floor functionality, including small to moderate diastatis recti and c-section recovery.

Core Restore can be purchased or gifted as a single program for $100, or as part of the Pilates With Abs Membership and Pre/Postnatal Group.

Core Connection

This series guides you through the your prenatal journey, with progressions and modifications for every phase so you can feel confident in your exercise choices through every step of the process.
