Waiver of Liability

By participating in Pilates with Abs online movement classes, I hereby agree to the following:

* That I am willingly taking part in the training programs, exercises, and events offered by Pilates with Abs and Abby Suskin, both for myself and on behalf of my child in attendance, as applicable.

*I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation, and my child’s participation, in any fitness program. I represent and warrant that both I and my child are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent our participation in these classes.

*In consideration of being permitted to participate in any group/private fitness class, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I or my child may incur as a result of participating in this program.

* I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I or my child may have against Abby Suskin, Pilates with Abs, its owners, or insurers for any injury or damages that I or my child may sustain as a result of participation in this program.

* I agree to accept complete financial responsibility for any costs related to treatment necessary due to injury, damage, or death sustained by myself or my child as a result of participating in this program.

* I, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Abby Suskin, Pilates with Abs, its owners, or insurers for any injury or death to myself or my child caused by their negligence or other acts.
