A 3-Day Pilates Retreat in Southampton, NY

Join me for a late summer weekend of movement in Southampton, NY. Located on a waterfront community overlooking the North Sea Harbor, you’ll soak up the last sips of summer in the Northeast, eat nourishing food, do a ton of Pilates with some intentional yoga and meditation sprinkled in, all while hanging out with new (and perhaps old) friends in this beautiful setting. All levels and abilities welcome. No previous Pilates experience required!

    • Transportation To and From NYC (~2 hrs 30 mins from Manhattan by car or LIRR and Taxi from Southampton station)

    • BYOB (coffee/tea, water, and n/a beverages will be provided)

About The Property

We’ll stay in two adjacent condos in a tranquil waterfront property offering gorgeous views of Fish Cove and North Sea Harbor. Both units offer private and shared rooms, with private and shared bathrooms available. We’ll gather for meals in the open kitchen and enjoy sunset views after evening class and beach walks in the morning. The units share a charming brick patio for coffee with a view, and there are tennis courts, a basketball court, and a pool within the community. In the case of rain, we’re perfectly situated to explore everything the towns of Southampton and Sag Harbor have to offer.

The morning classes will be 75 minutes of movement meant to fire up your muscles and leave you feeling energized and challenged. The evening classes will be 60 mins and offer focused challenge alongside stretching and reflection. By the end of the weekend, you can expect your mind and body to feel open and inspired!

ABOUT ABBY

Abby Suskin is a former tightwire walker turned Pilates instructor with over 20 years of professional movement experience.

A native Vermonter, she has travelled the world with the circus and now calls Brooklyn, NY home. Abby is inspired by nature, connecting with others, and bringing joy to her life and to the lives of her students. After years as head of programming at New York Pilates, she created Pilates With Abs - her slow-burn custom movement method in March of 2020 to raise money for NYC hospitals.

Pilates With Abs is now a robust online studio and community driven space, offering classes live on Zoom and on demand on the Pilates With Abs iOS app. Abby specializes in bringing reformer Pilates to the mat while delivering a challenging and uplifting workout suitable for every body.

This is her eighth time hosting a retreat and she is thrilled about being able to return to the Hamptons after many years with a brand new crew!

PRICING

Shared King or Queen: $900 per person

Single Bed in Private or Shared Room: $1,100

  • GETTING THERE

    The property is located between Southampton and Sag Harbor, approximately 2.5 hours from NYC. Public transportation is available via LIRR or Jitney Bus to Southampton station and a 10 min taxi or bus ride to the property.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on the trip and is not refundable. Remaining balance is due by August 22nd and there are no cancelations. Nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
