Hydrating Hot Chocolate LMNT

I’ve been a big fan of the LMNT brand hydration packets over here for about a year after a nutritionist recommended them for added electrolyte intake and vitamin absorption. While there are many aspects of winter I do not look forward to, the onset of cold months means switching from ice cold LMNT to the warm hot chocolate version that I truly look forward to every day. This year, I’ve leveled up by adding a heavy splash of oat milk for a thicker, creamier, hot chocolate that actually hydrates you and has almost no added sugar. I feel like I found the best hack of all time with this one!

Hot Tips:

  • Mix in a large water bottle like a Nalgene or Stanley so the salty taste isn’t overpowering.
